Through our collaboration with Spencer Zill, we were brought on to help Raven Bank, a leading digital bank in Nigeria, make their app experience more engaging and personal. Raven wanted notifications to feel warm and memorable, rather than just functional.
Spencer Zill provided the bank’s 2D mascot concept, a friendly character designed to represent the brand. Our job was to turn that static design into a fully animated 3D mascot that could adapt to a variety of in-app moments, from playful low-balance alerts to joyful vacation updates.
We translated the 2D artwork into a detailed 3D model, refining its proportions, textures, and personality. After rigging the character for expressive movement, we created animations that captured different moods, from excitement to relaxation. The result was a mascot that not only strengthened Raven Bank’s visual identity but also made each interaction feel more human, lively, and memorable.
